2.How to get samples?
(1) with no logo,samples are free,sample quantity is 5pcs at most,you just need pay shipping cost,delivery time is 3 days.
(2) with logo,printing fee is 50usd/logo,you also need pay shipping cost,delivery time is 7-10 days
3.How to customize logo on aluminum cups?
(1) share us your logo in pdf or ai file to ensure your logo is clear enough.
(2) our engineering designer will draw the printing artwork for your approval
(3) with your approval,we will open printing edition and make a sample for you
(4) before delivery of the sample,we will take photos for your approval
4.Is it ok to order small quantity as trial order?
Yes,of course.We have ready stock aluminum cups with no logo,any order quantity is available.
If need print your own logo,MOQ is also very low,just need 10000pcs.
5.How long will it take to produce?
For ready stock aluminum cups with no logo,we can make delivery in 3-10 days.
For customized logo aluminum cups,we can make delivery in 7-20 days.
For super large orders,please negotiate the delivery date with us.
6.What’s payment terms?
(1) delivery by Express or by Air: 100% full payment before delivery.
(2) delivery by Sea (LCL or FCL): 30% deposit,and 70% balance payment against BL Copy.
Trade terms,such as EXW,FOB,CIF,DDP....are all acceptable.
